What is Reformer Pilates
A reformer is a spring-loaded machine that allows you to work muscles through a large range of motion. This is perfect for toning and building muscles, improving core stability and strength which increases the stabilisation around the spine. Reformer Pilates classes can be attended for general health and fitness or to improve and work on specific injuries.
Reformer Pilates Classes at Collie Chiropractic
We run small group classes consisting of six reformers allowing for individual and personalised programs. Our classes cater for a range of fitness levels and previous Pilates experience. All classes provide hands on support in an encouraging and friendly environment. Work at your own pace and level, with the option to take extra challenges offered to you. The classes are pregnancy and injury friendly. If you are unsure of which class to choose, please contact us to discuss your needs.
Reformer Foundations: A 45 minute class perfect for those looking to build strength, control and flexibility, this class offers scalable Pilates movements in a supportive and friendly environment.
Reformer Beginner: A 45 minute class perfect for those who are new to reformer Pilates or are recovering from pain and/or injury. While still offering challenge here, know that you are getting all the support you need in this all-levels reformer flow class.
